Introducing Vector House Group
Every growing company hits the wall
It usually sneaks up on you. Revenue is climbing, the team is working harder than ever, and yet everything feels slower. Decisions take three meetings. Nobody agrees on the numbers. The processes that got you here are quietly breaking under the weight of where you're going.
That moment isn't a failure. It's a signal. And it's exactly the moment Vector House Group was built for.
Why I started Vector House Group
I've spent more than two decades running operations inside complex, regulated, fast-moving businesses. Most recently I was Chief Operating Officer of a national healthcare benefits company, after leading its operations for eight years and serving as president of a sister company that I merged into it. Before that, I ran the first Medicare exchange, with more than 1,000 seats, and led domestic and international client service for a global HR and payroll company.
Across every one of those roles, the job came down to the same thing: walk into a messy situation, see what is really happening, picture what better looks like, and get a team there fast. Merging two companies. Launching a national telehealth program state by state. Building service operations from scratch. That is the work I love, and it is the work too many good companies cannot get help with.
The big consulting firms are slow and expensive. Generalist advisors hand you a deck and leave. What growth-stage leaders actually need is an experienced operator who rolls up her sleeves, finds the real problem, and stays until the results show up in the numbers.
The name says it. A vector is direction plus force: not just knowing where to go, but having the momentum to get there. The house is the team behind it, a bench of seasoned operators you can bring any problem to.
How we work
Vector House is built for speed without sacrificing depth. Every engagement follows the same disciplined approach.
A fast, deep dive. We get into your operation quickly: the data, the workflows, and the people doing the work. Within days, not months, you will have a clear picture of what is really holding you back.
Organizational alignment. Most stalls are not technical problems. They are alignment problems. We get your leadership team agreeing on the priorities, the owners, and what success looks like.
A central brain for your business. We help you build one source of truth: a KPI dashboard that pulls your key numbers into one place, so decisions run on facts instead of opinions.
AI where it actually helps. No hype. We use automation and AI where it removes real friction, and skip it where it does not.
Two-week sprints. We work in short, focused cycles so you see measurable progress early and often, not a big reveal at the end.
Three ways to work with us
Every company is at a different point, so engagements come in three levels.
Diagnose. A focused assessment of your operation that pinpoints what is broken, what is working, and the highest-value moves to make next. You walk away with a clear, prioritized roadmap.
Diagnose and implement. We do not just tell you what to fix. We stay and fix it alongside your team, sprint by sprint.
Diagnose, implement, and deliver the ROI. We take ownership of making the gains stick, tracking results against the business case until the value is realized and measured.
We also take on leadership hiring. Hiring managers, directors, and executives is one of the highest-stakes decisions a growing company makes. I have built and led large teams for decades, and I can help you define the role, assess candidates, and land the right leader, whether as part of a larger engagement or on its own.
Vector House Group partners with founders, CEOs, presidents, and COOs of small and mid-sized companies. We also work with health plans on supplemental benefit design, such as dental and vision, drawing on years of experience in Medicare Advantage and supplemental benefit administration. Some are scaling faster than their operations can keep up. Others are stuck and need a fresh set of experienced eyes to get moving again. Either way, if you are facing a hard problem and need results you can measure, we should talk.
If something in your business feels harder than it should, that is usually where the biggest opportunity is hiding. I would love to hear what you are working on.
