Vector House Group Terms of Use

1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of the website at www.vectorhousegroup.com (the "Site"), operated by Vector House Group, LLC ("Vector House Group," "we," "us" or "our"), a Utah limited liability company. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. Information only, not professional advice
The content on the Site, including articles, blog posts and descriptions of our services, is for general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, employment or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such for your specific situation.
Visiting the Site, submitting the contact form or attending a free discovery call does not create a client relationship or obligate either of us. A consulting, hiring or coaching engagement begins only when we both sign a written agreement, and that agreement, not these Terms, governs the services we provide.
3. Discovery calls and contact requests
Through the Site you can book a free 30-minute discovery call, either about operations and BI or about executive hiring and coaching, or send us a question through the contact form.
Please give accurate contact information so we can reach you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a call, please use the link in your confirmation email or let us know at least [24] hours ahead.
We may reschedule or cancel a call if something comes up, and we will let you know as soon as we can.
We aim to respond to contact form messages within one business day, but we can't guarantee a response time or that we will take on any particular project.
Please don't share another company's confidential information with us unless you are authorized to do so.
4. Our content and your use of the Site
The Site and everything on it, including text, illustrations, graphics, the Vector House Group name and the "vh" logo, belong to Vector House Group or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from our content without our written permission, except for sharing links to the Site.
When using the Site, you agree not to:
Break the law or infringe anyone's rights
Submit false information, spam or harmful code
Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or interfere with how it works
Scrape or copy the Site using automated tools
The Site may link to other websites, such as LinkedIn or our scheduling tools. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the Site will be accurate, complete, error-free or always available. Any examples of results describe past work and do not guarantee similar outcomes for your business.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Vector House Group and its owners and team members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold Vector House Group harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information you share through the Site, and it is part of these Terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
